About Us

CJB Advisory and Training, a South African compliance, governance and legal advisory practice is focused on strengthening professional firms and growing businesses through structured systems, clear policies and practical implementation.

Founded by Coenie Bezuidenhout, an admitted attorney and academic leader with experience in legal practice, regulatory compliance and higher education, the firm combines legal precision with structured organisational design. The approach is analytical, risk-based and implementation driven. We do not provide generic templates. We design frameworks that align with your regulatory environment, operational realities and growth strategy.

We work primarily with law firms, professional practices and compliance-driven SMEs that require structure, clarity and defensible systems.

We work on fixed hourly or retainer based fee structures depending on the nature of the work and the needs of our clients. We understand that professional services can be costly which is why we make our every effort to provide you with the most cost effective solutions.

We will provide you with an estimate and a fee proposal before we commence the work; once you agree to the fee arrangement and provide us with a signed confirmation, we begin to work.
